Matthews Brothers in Concert

July 31 – at Assumption Church, doors open at 3:15 PM, show at 4:00. Full details are available online here.

Attend a Sacred and Classical Concert at the Church of the Assumption in Galloway, NJ. Brothers, Ron and Gary Matthews are one of the most gifted and dynamic duet teams in North America. They are duo vocalists, pianists, organists and trumpeters. With this combination of superlative talent, these brothers bring to every concert a rare and uplifting musical experience, but most importantly a rich spirit of worship.

Ron and Gary Matthews are international performers, who perform classical, sacred and contemporary Christian music. For 10 years, Ron was also the Choir and Orchestra director of the Jubilate Deo Chorale and Orchestra which originally was formed out of the Camden Diocese by Monsignors Lou and Carl Marucci.

Area singers from local churches, as well as vocalists from Cherry Hill, Sewell, West Chester, Pa, and Englewood, Florida, have volunteered to perform three songs as a backup choir for the duo, and we are so honored to be hosting this concert at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish..

The concert is free and open to the public it will start at 4 o’clock p.m. on July 31st. The Matthews brothers will have their CDs for sale at the concert and anyone attending can meet them personally after the performance. Both men are Duo pianists, organists, vocalists, and they play multiple brass instruments. Over
the years, they have also performed locally at the Ocean City Tabernacle, as well as the Absecon Presbyterian Church.
