Keeping the Faith

We’re a Roman Catholic Parish that prides ourselves on our commitment to faith, service, and discipleship.

We have a rich history rooted in a community that has grown diverse over the years, allowing us to expand our efforts to “join in the mission of Christ to transform the world!”

Through prayer, Liturgy, ministry and service, we hope to reignite “God’s light and love within each person.” We strive together to be the ‘Good News’ through the witness of our lives. Joy & Mercy are at the heart of our Discipleship.

Cultural Diversity

OLPH Parish is a Catholic family that celebrates the different cultural practices of our parishioners. In addition to serving the regional needs of Galloway & Egg Harbor City, OLPH Parish also celebrates Latino and Haitian Catholic Worship styles.

Hispanic (Español)

Our Egg Harbor City St Nicholas Church has deep roots in the Hispanic community, offering religious education, and masses in Spanish. In 2010, we have labored unite and increase the Hispanic participation at OLPH, Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish. Join Us!

 

Haitian

We are the area’s Haitian community with a Creole mass every Sunday and the wonderful sounds of a talented choir at parish events. The mission of the Haitian Roman Catholic Community in Atlantic County is to encourage brothers and sisters to experience God’s love and mercy through our cultural events and Catholic Masses celebrated in our native language and custom. We are a community of local Haitian families and friends, who strive to continue to promote our native values, culture, and faith by organizing spiritual and cultural events within OLPH, Our Lady of Perpetual. Our mission is to live by example and teach our Haitian youth the meaning and the importance of the Catholic faith.

Members of the Filipino community and others share their gifts to OLPH, Our Lady of Perpetual Help which enriches us as the Body of Christ.
